From the Jonkmanshof citrus garden each fruit and herb is harvested by hand sorted and processed into their old-fashioned Grapefruit & Thyme Cordial. A mixture of 100% pure citrus fruit herbs sugar and water and is allowed to absorb the richest flavour for 2 weeks before finally going to shelves.
