Sumptuous and full with flavours of dark cherry blackberries and ripe plum skin and a pleasant hint of spice on the mid-palate which leads to fine firm tannins and a generous classically dry finish. Enjoy complex aromas of ripe red and blackberry fruit with hints of creamy cassis cedar wood and toasted oak. This Bordeaux-style blend can be enjoyed best with grilled ribeye steak served with Béarnaise sauce and potato dauphinoise.
