Makro is both a wholesaler and a retailer. Makro sells general merchandise primarily to retail customers and food and liquor to wholesale customers although with time retail customers’ participation in food and liquor has grown. Makro gift card vouchers can ONLY be used for IN-STORE purchases.
Important Terms and Conditions: The voucher is valid for 4 months from the date of original email. Virtual vouchers may only be used in-store at a paypoint. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit notes. Should you not utilise the full value of your Gift Card on your first purchase a credit will remain on the card for future use Vouchers cannot be returned.The supplier and their agents are not liable for lost or stolen vouchers. Please allow 10 business days (excluding public holidays Saturdays and Sundays) from when you place your order for any future vouchers to be issued
