Made using fruit grown at the Jonkmanshof citrus garden nurtured until the fruit of the Kumquat tree surprises with ripening slowly during the winter. The fruit is processed in small hand-selected batches keeping each little kumquat fruit whole to ensure quality and taste perfection each time. The bitterness of the fruit combined with the sweetness of the syrup can be enjoyed with freshly baked homemade bread and butter and a fine selection of cheeses.
