From the Jonkmanshof citrus garden each fruit and herb is harvested by hand sorted and processed into their Old-Fashioned Lemonade Cordial. A mixture of 100% pure citrus fruit sugar and water is allowed to absorb the richest flavour for 2 weeks before finally being bottled for going to shelves.
