Made from hand-selected casks these limited releases boast a profile reminiscent of fine wine. Expect herbaceous notes on the nose with hints of sultanas linseed and orange peel. The palate offers sawdust and pencil shavings leading to a bold spicy finish with lingering spices and soaked fruits.
