This contemporary gin is dark amber in colour — like the rivers that flow through the Knysna forest with flavours of juniper citrus and mint. Deep within this forest you'll find a completely unique creature — the Phantom Moth. Phantom is named after this ghost moth and pays tribute to the wild spirits that dwell in this delicate ecosystem including the regal Loerie majestic elephants and the slow-footed dwarf chameleon.
